Can I fly with my pet?

Please note, we currently cannot carry pets on any of our routes to or from the UK

At present in Europe we can only accommodate small well-behaved dogs and cats onboard our ERJ-135 jet flying between Mykonos and Ibiza. The travel fee for a small pet is 350 euros.

Pets flying between Mykonos and Ibiza must carry all relevant travel and medical documentation including a valid EU pet passport, tapeworm treatment and anti-rabies vaccination.

Small pets must weigh less than 8kg (10kg including the carrier), fit comfortably underneath the seat in front of you, and remain in an approved carrier for the duration of the flight. Carriers must measure less than 50cm x 30cm x 23cm. Only one pet can travel per carrier. Guests are responsible for providing a carrier for their pet, and this carrier will count as the guest's cabin luggage item. Please note that we are not able to carry pets in our cargo. Pets must be at least 4 months old, and be capable of not relieving themselves for the entire duration of the flight.

Small pets should be booked at the time of booking and can be included in your reservation directly on the website.

Each guest may only bring one pet on board, and we are limited to a total of two pets per flight. Pets will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis until the limit is reached on board. Should the pet capacity be reached, this will be communicated on the website or by Concierge during booking. One passenger may not bring both a pet and an infant onboard without the assistance of a travel companion.

Please see our EU Conditions of Carriage for additional information.
