Can I bring aboard a service or support animal?
Trained service dogs are welcome on board all of our jets (free of charge); a fully trained service animal is individually trained to perform a task(s) or work for a person with a physical and/or mental disability. Only dogs will be accepted as service animals. If an animal does not qualify as a service animal, it may be eligible to fly as a pet under our pet policy, which are subject to a pet care charge and size limitations. Please note: therapy or emotional support animals which are not trained to perform a specific task related to a disability, do not qualify as trained service animals.
Guests traveling with service animals must complete this Department of Transportation Service Animal Air Transportation form and submit to our Concierge in advance via email (send to email@example.com) or present it to our Host team at the airport on the day of travel. An ID card, harness or registration will not be accepted in place of the form as sole indication an animal is a trained service animal.
Service animals must remain on the floor throughout the flight and must never be in or blocking the aisle. Please see our Conditions of Carriage for more detail.
