Can children travel unaccompanied?

Aero allows minors between the ages of 5-15 to travel unaccompanied if they have completed Aero’s Unaccompanied Minor Handling Form (which will be completed by you and a member of our Host team at the departure airport). There is a limit as to the number of unaccompanied minors we can carry on each flight, and if a parent or guardian is not at check in, a letter of consent must be provided. Please reach out to us at at the time of booking and no later than 48 hours prior to departure to confirm your arrangements.

All unaccompanied minors must hold proper travel identification. Any parent/guardian escorting the unaccompanied minor at the arrival or departure stations must carry and present official photo ID.

Our policy requires the parent/guardian accompanying the minor on departure to stay at the airport 30 minutes after takeoff. Our Crew will accompany minors at all times and will check the identification of the parent/guardian meeting the minor at the destination to ensure it matches the instructions provided before releasing the minor into their care.

Please see our Conditions of Carriage for additional information.
