Please contact our Concierge at (323) 745-2376 if you know you will not arrive before our check-in closes. While we cannot delay our flights for late guests, our Concierge will communicate your estimated time of arrival to our crews and we will do everything we can to help you make your flight.
Please note that we will not be able to accept guests on the flight who arrive after our check-in closure time. Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for missed flights.
Please note, for international flights to and from Los Cabos, check-in will close 30 minutes prior to departure without exception, and for domestic flights check-in closes 20 minutes prior to departure.
