Aero welcomes trained assistance dogs (free of charge) provided evidence is submitted in advance of departure, confirming the dog is a trained assistance animal. The dog must also have an ID tag or harness indicating that it is a trained assistance animal. The dog must fit within the area of a guest's seat and be able to perform its duties at the seat location. They must remain on the floor for the duration of the flight and must never be in or blocking the aisle.
Assistance dogs are defined as dogs trained to support people who are disabled or have medical conditions.
