All Aero flights into and out of London Farnborough Airport must meet a demand threshold of two seats before they can be confirmed. In other words, two or more passengers must book the flight before it can be scheduled and confirmed.
If you book two seats or more on a flight that is not yet confirmed, we will update the status of your flight overnight to ‘confirmed’, and then send you a confirmation email with your complete flight details.
If you book one seat on a flight that is not yet confirmed, we will send you an email noting that your reservation is being held and we are awaiting confirmation (again, this just means we are awaiting at least one more seat booking).
When at least one additional passenger books, we will update the status of your flight overnight to ‘confirmed’, and then send you a confirmation email with your complete flight details.
If we do not confirm your flight by two days before your chosen departure date, we will notify you by email that the flight has not been confirmed and you will receive a full refund + £200 credit to use toward a new Aero flight. In addition, a member of our Concierge team will offer to assist you in rebooking a later Aero flight or finding a commercial alternative.
