How much luggage can I bring?
Aero operates different aircraft configurations, which may determine the size and allowable availability of onboard space for any personal items carried onboard. Your Concierge or Lounge Host will be happy to verify your aircraft type and the available space onboard.
Each passenger may bring the following at no additional cost:
If traveling on our ERJ 135 LR
- Up to two (2) checked bags, each weighing up to 50 lbs
- One (1) small personal item that must fit snugly under the seat in front of you, weigh no more than 20lbs, and measure no more than 13x13x10in (33x33x25cm). Please note that the jet does not have overhead bins. (Small backpacks, purses and duffel bags typically fit just fine; regrettably, most rolling carry-on bags do not usually fit securely underneath the seat, and will have to be put in the cargo hold.)
Space permitting, you may check up to three additional bags for $300 per bag. We will ask you to prepay in the lounge before you board.
If traveling on our Legacy 600:
- Up to one (1) checked bags, each weighing up to 50 lbs
- One (1) small personal item that weighs no more than 20lbs. This jet has no under-seat space or overhead bins, and your personal item onboard the aircraft may need to be stowed by the Cabin Crew for take off and landing. Any personal items that do not fit in the cabin will be placed in the cargo hold for travel.
On either jet, We are happy to accommodate odd-sized luggage, such as skis or other sports equipment as long as they satisfy our baggage policy. We will do our best to accommodate items that fall outside of our policy; please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any excess or odd-sized luggage in advance of your flight. Please note any odd-sized items must be packaged securely. For example, sports equipment such as golf clubs, skis, or bikes must be in a bag or box and cannot be loose in the cargo hold.
