Arrival: Guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights, and 75 minutes prior to departure for International flights.

Parking: 

As our operation is scaling, we are no longer able to offer complimentary self-parking at the Aero terminal in Van Nuys. 

On May 19th Aero launched a parking valet service in Van Nuys. This service is delivered via our partner Curbstand — a full service valet company operating at many of LA's hotspots.  

The benefits of this service include:

• You will always be guaranteed parking space.
• Guests flying back from our international services will have their car transferred directly to the Signature West FBO, for a seamless arrival experience. 
• Exterior car wash is complimentary for stays over 4 days.
• Vehicles will be covered by insurance for Crime and Theft. 

The daily rate is $45. Payments can be made via credit card, the Curbstand app or cash.

Detailing rates:

• Exterior wash: $45 sedan, and $55 SUV 
• Complimentary for stays over 4 days.
• Exterior waxing: $10 extra
• Interior detailing: $15

These services can be ordered at drop off or via the Curbstand app.
