Los Cabos

Arrival: Guests to or from Los Cabos are required to send a clear photo of their passport at least 12 hours prior to departure time. This will allow you to check-in 30-minute before your flight.

 

After booking a flight to or from Los Cabos, guests will receive an email from passports@aero.com (please check your spam folder). 

 

This is for us to pre-check your passport for the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. 

 

Passport information will be deleted securely after each flight. We ask that guests to or from Los Cabos send us the picture of their passport every time they fly (except for the return flight, in the case of a round trip).  

 

Please note that if we don’t receive a guest’s passport picture on time, we will not be allowed to check the guest in.  If the guest would like to fly on another day, the booking will be subject to a $300 change fee per seat, plus any difference in fare. If the guest has a return flight on the same booking, it won’t be subject to change but we will need a picture of your passport so we can verify it for the return flight.
