What if I am running late?
Please contact our Concierge at (415) 650-2376 if you know you will not arrive before our check-in closes. While we cannot delay our flights for late guests, our Concierge will communicate your ETA to our crews and we will do everything we can to help you make your flight.
Aero reserves the right to deny boarding to guests who arrive after our check-in has closed. Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for missed flights.
Please note, for international flights, check-in will close 60 minutes prior to departure, without exception.
