What if I need to change or cancel my flight?

We know that flexibility is important, more so now than ever. In that spirit, please review our updated change and cancellation* policy below:

Changes & cancellations up to 7 days before departure

Changes or cancellations can be made without penalty; you will only be charged the difference between your new booking and the original booking, if any. Cancellations will be refunded in full to the original form of payment, or may be kept as credit for future travel.

Changes & cancellations less than 7 days and more than 48 hours before departure

Change or cancel your trip without penalty; you will only be charged the difference between your new booking and the original booking, if any. Cancellations will be kept as credit in your Aero Wallet for future bookings.

Changes & cancellations less than 48 hours before departure

Changes and cancellations less than 48 hours before departure are subject to a $300 fee, plus any difference between the new booking and original booking. The remaining balance will be kept as credit in your Aero Wallet for future bookings.

For roundtrip reservations, the change or cancellation policy will be applied based on the departure date. For example, if your departure date is four days away when the cancellation is requested, the entire reservation will be refunded to Aero credits, including the return trip.


*Please note that if the date or routing of the reservation has already been changed once, and you need to cancel, the value of your trip will be kept as credit in your Aero Wallet for 18 months to be used for future flights, regardless of when such cancellation request occurs.
