Important Notes
U.S. Customs and Border Procedures: For International flights, to ensure a 20 minute check-in time prior to departure, we need to pre-check your passport for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We ask you to fill out your passenger details online 48 hours in advance of your flight by logging into your Aero account and heading to ‘My Trips’.
Within here, you can scan or upload passport documentation for you and your traveling guests. Should you or your guests require a Visa for travel, please send a copy of the front + back of the Visa to passports@aero.com.
Please ensure the document details on your reservation match the document you will have on the day of travel. Should we not have proper documentation prior to check-in, we may deny boarding and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
