Flight Information
Arrival: All guests must arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. We are unable to check in guests after this time.
Valet Parking: Complimentary valet parking is available upon arrival
Self Parking: Aero guests are welcome to park in the lot across the street, however space is limited. We recommend arranging drop off and pick up. Contact our Concierge for assistance with arranging private transportation.
Transportation Services: To arrange ground transportation, please contact our Concierge team for assistance.
Car Rental: Aero partners with Go Rentals, who offers premium and luxury vehicles delivered straight to our private terminal. Please contact our Concierge to book.
Pet Policy: We welcome dogs and cats onboard these flights, once they are vetted by our team. Additionally, due to the unique layout of the Legacy 600 aircraft, the total number of animals allowed on the aircraft is limited. For more information, contact our Concierge.
Seating: Flights are operated on the Legacy 600 aircraft with business-style seating. Seats are assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. We always try out best to honor any seating requests. Contact Concierge for more information.
