We will always do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee you'll be able to bring your baggage on board if your baggage exceeds the restrictions.
We kindly ask you to give our Concierge team advance notice if you are bringing something that might be oversized or fall outside of our normal luggage policy. If something cannot be carried on board the jet, we are happy to work with you to arrange alternative options.
