As of June 6, 2024 our cancellation/change policy is as follows:
- “Select” Fares
- 100% refundable up to 14 days before departure to the original form of payment.
- Within 14 days, changes + cancellations incur a 15% fee per seat; any remaining balance will be retained as Aero credit (valid for 18 months)
- “Non-refundable” Fares
- Not eligible for changes or refunds to original form of payment or flight credit. No refunds, changes, or cancellations following ticket purchase. Offered for special event flights only.
- "AeroPrivate™" Fares
- Changes and cancellations are specific to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the operator and the client. Please refer to your booking confirmation email and the Operators Participant Agreement for the cancellation and change policy.
Ticket Conditions:
- Change and cancellation fees are waived within 24 hours following ticket purchase. This excludes any bookings for flights departing within 7 days.
- Failure to change or cancel within 60 minutes prior to departure will lead to forfeiture of the entire fare.
- Any remaining Aero credit amount will be kept on your account for 18 months to be used for future flights.
Are promotion codes usable on “Select” fares?
Yes, promotion codes are able to be used.
What if I need to cancel my ticket immediately after purchase?
Change and cancellation fees are waived within 24 hours following ticket purchase. This excludes any bookings for flights departing within 7 days.
What if I want to change my ticket?
If the change is made within 14 days of departure, the 15% fee will apply, as well as any difference in fare. Non-refundable tickets cannot be changed or canceled.
Can small pet + baggage add-ons be refunded on Non-Refundable fares?
Yes, to the original form of payment.
Tickets purchased prior to June 6, 2024 under the “Non-refundable”, “Flexible” or “Most-Flexible” fare types will follow the same fare rules at the time of purchase as listed below:
