As of March 20, 2025, our cancellation/change policy is as follows:
“Select” Fares
- 15 Days or More Before Departure
Enjoy complimentary changes and cancellations. Canceling during this period results in a 100% refund to the original form of payment. - 14 Days to 72 Hours Before Departure
A 15% fee applies for changes and cancellations. - 72 Hours to 1 Hour Before Departure
A 50% fee applies for changes and cancellations.
Note: The days leading up to departure are calculated by the hour, rather than by calendar day.
“Non-Refundable” Fares
- Not eligible for changes or refunds to the original form of payment or flight credit.
- No refunds, changes, or cancellations once the ticket is purchased.
- Availability is limited to select flights.
“Select” and “Non-Refundable” Ticket Conditions
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Change and cancellation fees do not apply if you change or cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your flight departs within the next 7 days of the purchase, standard fees still apply.
- 60-Minute Rule: If you do not change or cancel at least 60 minutes before departure, you will forfeit your entire fare.
- Aero Credit Validity: Any remaining Aero credit stays on your account for 12 months for future flights.
Tickets Purchased Before March 20, 2025
All tickets purchased prior to March 17, 2025, follow the fare rules in effect at the time of purchase, listed below:
“Select” Fares (Pre-March 20, 2025)
- 100% Refundable up to 14 Days Before Departure: Refunded to the original form of payment.
- Within 14 Days: Changes or cancellations incur a 15% fee per seat. Any remaining balance is issued as Aero credit, valid for 18 months.
“Non-Refundable” Fares
- Not eligible for changes, refunds to the original form of payment, or flight credit.
- No refunds, changes, or cancellations after ticket purchase.
- Availability is limited to select flights.
Ticket Conditions
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Change and cancellation fees are waived, unless your flight departs within 7 days.
- 60-Minute Rule: Failure to change or cancel at least 60 minutes before departure results in forfeiture of your entire fare.
- Aero Credit Validity: Any remaining Aero credit remains on your account for 12 months to use toward future flights.

Yes, promotion codes can be applied to “Select” fares. - What if I need to cancel my ticket immediately after purchase?

Yes. These add-ons can be refunded to the original form of payment.
