As of October 29 2025, our cancellation/change policy is as follows:
“Select” and "Latitude" Fares
- 21 Days or More Before Departure
Enjoy complimentary changes when made more than 21 days before departure. Cancellations during this period are fully refundable to Aero Credit, or to your original payment method with a 3% transactional fee. - 21 Days to 72 Hours Before Departure
A 15% fee applies for changes and cancellations, the remaining amount will be refunded as Aero Credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. - 72 Hours to 12 Hours Before Departure
A 50% fee applies for changes and cancellations, the remaining amount will be refunded as Aero Credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Note: The days leading up to departure are calculated by the hour, rather than by calendar day.
“Non-Refundable” Fares
- Not eligible for changes or refunds to the original form of payment or flight credit.
- No refunds, changes, or cancellations once the ticket is purchased.
- Availability is limited to select flights.
“AeroPrivate” Fares
- Changes and cancellations are specific to the terms and conditions agreed upon between the operator and the client. Please refer to your booking confirmation email for the cancellation and change policy.
Ticket Conditions (Select, Latitude, and Non-Refundable fares)
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Change and cancellation fees do not apply if you change or cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase. However, if your flight departs within the next 7 days of the purchase, standard fees still apply.
- 12 Hour Rule: If you do not change or cancel at least 12 hours before departure, you will forfeit your entire fare.
- Aero Credit Validity: Any remaining Aero credit stays on your account for 12 months for future flights.
Tickets Purchased Before October 29, 2025
All tickets purchased prior to October 29, 2025, follow the fare rules in effect at the time of purchase, listed below:
“Select” and "Latitude" Fares (purchased prior to October 29, 2025)
- 15 Days or More Before Departure
Enjoy complimentary changes and cancellations. Canceling during this period results in a 100% refund to the original form of payment. - 14 Days to 72 Hours Before Departure
A 15% fee applies for changes and cancellations, the remaining amount will be refunded as Aero Credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. - 72 Hours to 1 Hour Before Departure
A 50% fee applies for changes and cancellations, the remaining amount will be refunded as Aero Credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Ticket Conditions
- Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Change and cancellation fees are waived, unless your flight departs within 7 days.
- 60 - Minute Rule: Failure to change or cancel at least 60 minutes before departure results in forfeiture of your entire fare.
- Aero Credit Validity: Any remaining Aero credit remains on your account for 12 months to use toward future flights.
FAQs
- Are promotion codes usable on “Select” and "Latitude" fares?
Yes, promotion codes can be applied to both fare types. - What if I need to cancel my ticket immediately after purchase?
For flights departing in more than 7 days, you may change or cancel within 24 hours of purchase without fees for a full refund to your original form of payment. Flights departing within 7 days follow our standard change and cancellation policies. - What if I want to change my ticket?
Please refer to the change and cancellation policy above for the fare you purchased and contact Concierge to make any changes. - How are days leading up to departure calculated?
Days are calculated by the hour, not by calendar day. Fees are applied based on the exact time remaining until departure. - Can small pet and baggage add-ons be refunded on Non-Refundable fares?
Yes. These add-ons can be refunded to the original form of payment.
