Change and cancellation policy applicable from August 15, 2022
Changes & cancellations up to 14 days before departure
You are welcome to change or cancel your booking at no cost.
In case of a change, you will be charged any fare difference between your existing and new booking, if any.
In case of a cancellation, you can either opt to be refunded in full to the original form of payment, or keep the fare as credit on your Aero account for future travel. Aero credit is valid 18 months, and may be used on all our domestic and international services.
Changes & cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours before departure

In case of a cancellation, you will be refunded in full as credit in your Aero account, for future travel. Aero credit is valid for 18 months, and can be used on all our domestic and international services.
Changes & cancellations less than 72 hours before departure
Changes and cancellations requested less than 72 hours before departure are subject to a USD500 fee per seat.
In case of a change, you will be charged the cancellation fee, plus any difference between the new booking and original booking.
In case of a cancellation, the fee will be deducted from the initial fare, and the remaining balance will be kept as credit on your Aero account, for future travel. Aero credit is valid for 18 months, and can be used on all our domestic and international services.
For roundtrip bookings, the change or cancellation policy will be applied based on the departure date. For example, if your departure date is four days away when the cancellation is requested, the entire reservation will be refunded to Aero credits, including the return trip.
Please note that if you request a cancellation on an already changed booking, the value of your trip will be kept as credit in your Aero Wallet for 18 months to be used for future flights, regardless of when such cancellation request occurs.
