For US domestic flights, all guests must arrive for check-in at least 20 minutes prior to departure so we have enough time to safely get all guests and their bags checked in. Should you require additional assistance or would like extra time boarding the aircraft you are invited to arrive earlier to ensure a smooth boarding experience. Don’t worry, you won’t wait in any lines.
Please note that an Aero team member may not be on site to assist you more than one hour prior to departure. If you would like to arrive more than one hour in advance, please contact our Concierge team beforehand.
For international flights, to ensure a 20 minute check-in time prior to departure, we need to pre-check your passport for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We ask you to fill out your passenger details online 48 hours in advance of your flight by logging into your Aero account and heading to ‘My Trips’.
Within here, you can scan or upload passport documentation for you and your traveling guests. Should you or your guests require a Visa for travel, please send a copy of the front + back of the Visa to passports@aero.com.
Please ensure the document details on your reservation match the document you will have on the day of travel. Should we not have proper documentation prior to check-in, we may deny boarding and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
