You will need to bring a valid, current U.S. federal or state-issued photo ID that includes your name, date of birth, gender, and expiration date. Examples include a U.S. passport, REAL ID compliant drivers' license or state-issued photo ID. or a foreign government-issued passport. (Guests under the age of 18 are not required to show an ID if traveling with a parent.)
Please note that REAL ID enforcement takes effect May 7, 2025.

Valid passports are required for all international flights. To ensure a 20 minute check-in time prior to departure, we need to pre-check your passport for U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We ask you to fill out your passenger details online 48 hours in advance of your flight by logging into your Aero account and heading to ‘My Trips’.
Within here, you can scan or upload passport documentation for you and your traveling guests. Should you or your guests require a Visa for travel, please send a copy of the front + back of the Visa to passports@aero.com.
Please ensure the document details on your reservation match the document you will have on the day of travel. Should we not have proper documentation prior to check-in, we may deny boarding and the reservation will not be eligible for a refund.
