We may deny the boarding of a passenger for safety reasons or if such action is necessary in order to comply with any applicable laws or regulations. Other reasons include if the passenger’s mental or physical state presents a hazard, if the passenger does not have valid travel documents, or if the passenger has refused to submit to a security check.
Please note that we will not be able to accept guests on the flight who arrive after our check-in closure time. Check in closes for both Domestic and International 20 minutes prior to departure. Refunds or other compensation will not be provided for missed flights.
